Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-06-27

These terms govern your use of Receva. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Receva is a software-as-a-service application for issuing Swiss QR-bill invoices and EN 16931 / Peppol e-invoices, managing customers, expenses, estimates, credit notes, and getting paid. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Receva is intended for business and professional use.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You are responsible for the legal and tax correctness of the documents you issue with Receva.

4. Pricing

Pricing is stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Receva is currently free during beta. We will give you advance notice before introducing any charges, and you may cancel or delete your account before any charge applies.

5. Your data

You own the data you enter into Receva. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export and delete your data through the application.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Receva for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, not to disrupt or overload the service, and not to attempt to access data that is not yours.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Receva does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Receva and delete your account at any time from the in-app account settings (deletion runs on a 7-day grace period). We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and where the change is material we will give reasonable notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts at our registered seat in Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection venue rules that apply to you.
